Founded by two partners with highly complementary expertise, our company brings together decades of experience across the full construction spectrum. Our leadership blends backgrounds in remodeling, model home design, consulting, new construction, and repairs with deep knowledge in construction finance and administration. Today, we focus on delivering seamless, stress-free solutions that eliminate the frustration homeowners often face. By combining technical expertise, thoughtful planning, and crystal-clear communication, we provide a straightforward, dependable experience. Meet Joshua
With more than 22 years in the building and renovation industry, he brings both construction knowledge and a background in interior design to every project. That combination allows him to help homeowners translate their ideas into a clear plan—and confidently move from vision to execution. He meets with clients, identifies needs, shapes project scope, and builds relationships that last well beyond the final invoice.
His background in the United States Marine Corps shaped the way he operates: focused, decisive, and accountable. He believes success comes from preparation, clarity, and standing behind every commitment made.
He takes pride in building a company known for professionalism and results—where homeowners feel confident from the first conversation forward.
Outside of business, he enjoys time with his family and their Australian Labradoodle, Ruby. He collects vintage vinyl, reads biographies and philosophy, and occasionally jumps behind a drum kit with local musicians. And yes, he’s been mistaken for Blake Shelton more than once—which always guarantees a good laugh!
Meet Jim
With more than 35 years of experience in finance, operations, and business administration, he brings structure, oversight, and financial discipline to the company’s foundation. While others may be on the roof or at the kitchen table with homeowners, he ensures everything behind the scenes runs with precision—from banking relationships and vendor partnerships to insurance coordination, budgeting, and payment management. His work protects the integrity of every project long before the first shingle is installed and long after the final payment is processed.
As a lifelong resident of the South Shore, he is deeply invested in building a local company known not just for craftsmanship, but for accountability and long-term trust. He believes strong businesses are built on clear communication, disciplined systems, and doing things the right way from day one.
He takes pride in creating operational stability that allows the team to deliver a seamless, professional experience for every homeowner.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and their Goldendoodle, Margot—often walking the beaches of the South Shore. He’s also never one to turn down a karaoke mic or a chance to step onto the dance floor when the moment calls for it.
