Over time, our clients kept asking the same question: “Do you know anyone who does this or that?” Whether they needed repairs, replacements, or broader construction services, it became clear there was a gap in the market—and an opportunity to redefine how repair and replacement work should be done.

Founded by two partners with complementary expertise, our company brings together decades of experience across the full construction spectrum. Our leadership team includes backgrounds in remodeling, model home design, and consulting; new home construction, repairs, and renovations; and construction insurance, finance, and administration. This well-rounded foundation allows us to approach every project with both craftsmanship and clarity.

Joshua
With over 22 years of experience in construction, interior design, and remodeling, Joshua brings both skill and heart to every project. A proud United States Marine, he values integrity, discipline, and doing the job right the first time. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him spending time with his beautiful family and their Australian Labradoodle, Ruby, spinning vinyl records, or diving into a good biography or philosophy book. Joshua also enjoys sitting in with bands on the drums whenever he gets the chance. And yes—he’s been mistaken for Blake Shelton more than once, which always gets a good laugh.
Jim
With over 35 years of experience in finance, operations, and business administration, Jim brings both structure and care to every project. A lifelong South Shore resident, he values clear communication, honest expectations, and doing things the right way from the start. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family and their Golden Doodle, Margot, walking the beaches along the South Shore, singing karaoke, or dancing whenever the moment calls for it. Jim is passionate about helping build a local company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term relationships with the homeowners it serves.
